PRODUCTION:
Hand-picked, cold maceration for 4 days, controlled fermentation and then temperature-controlled fermentation at 28ºC for 8 days.
AGEING:
26 months in new French oak barrels.
REFINEMENT IN THE BOTTLE:
At least 18 months.
APPEARANCE:
Garnet red colour, cherry red at the edge of the glass, swirling reveals a strong tear that highlights the alcohol content.
FRAGRANCE:
Intense and complex aroma, highlighting candied red fruits, then moving into vanilla and coffee notes, with a smoky, balsamic character.
TASTE:
Fresh and powerful, with a well-balanced mouthfeel and a long and persistent finish.
CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION:
At a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius
